Inner Peace is disturbed by not only the thoughts we have but also the emotions created by them. Thus just working on our thoughts is not enough. We often do not realise how closely connected we are with nature which not only sustains us but can also restore us if we give it a chance. Connecting with nature is one of the easiest ways to make one’s emotions more manageable.
