If one wants a fit and healthy body one has to work hard on attaining it and once after that will have to work on maintaining it. But a healthy body is a joy to live in. Similarly One has to work on all levels – thoughts, emotions and energy to attain and maintain Inner Peace, but having attained it, it makes every moment blissful.
