Personal coaching and counseling  follow up sessions are for those who have already finished with the first three sessions and need additional sessions. In the follow up sessions you will be working on deep seated issues that require more time and effort. Please come with an open and positive mind so that you can work systematically on the goals that you have set out for yourself. By now you must have noticed various changes in the way you think, feel and behave. In these sessions you will make these a permanent feature of your mental make up.
