Our “Being Positive” workshop helps with Stress, Anxiety and Mood management leading to better effectiveness in every role that a person plays whether at home, in the society or at the workplace. A participant, in this workshop, understands and explores his/her habitual reaction patterns to people and situations and learns how to act more effectively at the energy, the emotion, the thought and the behaviour level.
The learning is through discussions, brainstorming, role plays, questionnaires, demonstrations and practical work. The techniques involved are derived from psychotherapies, NLP and Energy Healing and work at a conscious and subconscious level ensuring a deeper and more effective learning.
Insight also offers Follow Up programmes that work at polishing the previous learning and ironing out the problems faced by participants in individual situations. Through feedback and discussions the participants can see how far they have come which boosts their motivation and confidence.
